Ballet and zoo

My ballerina Emma is wearing new slippers and her Cinderella dress because the skirt twirls. On the stereo is her Ballerina CD from her book on different dances( has pictures of the moves). Emma has advanced at swimming lessons. Actually skipping a level so after this group of lessons Emma is going to take a dance class. Emma blocked off the back room so Alex could not come in and get in her way.
Since it rained on the fourth we had our fireworks on the eighth. The kids and Mommy sat on the deck and snacked with Daddy did the work. There were to casulaties.

Friday was zoo day. After a hour and a half and seventy-one dollars in medicines detour to Urgent Care for Mommy's week long Bronchitis we on our way. Henry Villas Zoo in Madison is the kids favorite. We loved the many statues like this Hippo around the zoo that will be auctioned off in a couple weeks.

Of course we ride the train and carousel every year. We had the caboose. Daddy had a some cramping after being squezzed in there.

Emma loves the many cut outs. Emma said I needed to send all the pictures to Katharina right away. Katharina, Emma remembers your trip from two summers ago. We did not feed the goats this year Mommy said they were full.
This giraffe was behaving. One of the three at the zoo had to be put by himself because he was fighting.

After bugging Mommy and Daddy the whole time we finally made it to the snakes and fish. As usual they were all talk. Scared-had to walk through quickly. Especially the rainforest room because the Macaws fly around freely and are loud.
The kids loved driving around The Dells after eating at Pizza Ranch. It reminds me of Vegas. We said we will take them next year.
