Easter Sunday and week

Easter morning Emma woke to find her basket in the back room(after finding Alex's under the kitchen table and telling him).
Within a split second Alex had opened a chocolate bunny and bit his ears off.

After church went to Prairie where we had good eats, play and family time with the Waller side(Grammie's side) Big egg hunt in the backyard.
"I think I will take them all."
Thursday the kids and Mommy went to see how Kaitlyn was doing at home after her feet and leg surgey on Monday. Emma brought Kaitlyn more presents and sat right next to her and made a laminated ID card. Mommy thinks Emma looks at Kaitlyn as a cool big girl.

Alex spent the whole time in Mitchell's room playing with all his trucks and telling Tricia about them. Mitchell has all the toys Alex dreams of.
Saturday Mya came over to play with us. We had lots of fun swinging, baseball, soccor, football. The kids slept through the night for the third time ever. We also made strawberry shortcake-we think summer is coming.

Alex has been wearing his hat and sunglasses lately so he calls himself a cool dudie and Emma is a cool chic.
At the beginning of the week we had emptied our full banks at the bank. So the kids found many coins in the house and tested how heavy their banks were getting again. Beware if you come to our house with coins in your pockets, you might not leave with them.

Emma had a preschool teacher conference Saturday morning. They said she is ready for kindergarten and asked how we raised such happy kids. The same teachers also spend time with Alex during daycare time. It must have been the chocolate Mommy ate while pregnant, is what Daddy says.
