update on the birds

Found out they are not falcons, they are cooper hawks. And only young ones. The DNR told me it is a good teaching moment for my kids to live communially with the animals. The hawks like birds to eat and pine trees to live in. Great. That describes our neighborhood exactly. These hawks at one time did not like urban areas but have become acustom to them.(Yah, because nobody lets us kill any animal around here because some people think they have just as many rights as humans do.) I was told at this point they do not attack humans. So Mommy decided not to ask the lady if air guns were legal in the city of lacrosse.
