Elmo day

All week we waited for Saturday to go see Elmo and friends at the LaCrosse Center. Of course we started out with a red slushie.
Alex was so in awe, he kept his little finger in point mode for half the show.

In the afternoon Emma played a Caillou game on the computer and sailed through the preschool section. Mommy was so proud. We are excited to check out the kindergarten section next. Emma starts preschool Sept. 3rd.

Later that day Alex took his ear thermometer and used it as a drill on the chair. He usually drills holes in the baseboards or floor daily, but today he moved on to furniture repairs. He is so serious about it he usually has his goggles on.
