We started out the morning with a tea party. Mommy said we could have M&M's with it because it was a special day. Then...
Hailie came to play! Uncle Jay drove his big truck which Alex kept looking at and pointing with a BIG smile. Mommy thinks the twinkle in his eye is Alex saying, "some day I am going to drive that truck." After lunch, while Alex napped, Emma and Mommy worked on Emma's Kindergarten workbook. Mommy is so proud of Emma.
When Daddy came home we had Mommy's Birthday cake! Alex only likes the frosting. Then Alex put on Emma's boots and drove his big truck around the house. Mommy thought he looked like a farmer taking a load somewhere.
By 5:52pm all were tired and on the couch to watch the movie "The Little Mermaid" before going to bed early.
