Kaitlyn and Emma started off the day with an art project.
The boys had a good time racing cars over a jump into a box. Alex did not think the car should be in the box. He crawled over said, "oh, oh" and had to take the car out. That was the end of the jumping. Alex really liked the trucks Mitchell brought from home. I am surprised Alex did not hide them.
While the boys played ball the girls went to Starbucks. After drinks and muffins Emma wanted to "lounge" in the big chairs. We sat and Emma did some singing and dancing.
Alex was still full of excitement from Brad being over that he would not settle to sleep. Instead he smacked his lips and made his "ahhhh" sound (like he does after taking a sip) to Daddy and Brad. It was soooooo cute when Brad pulled up, Alex saw him and was jumping in Daddy's lap.
Emma had been in bed but came out to tell us we were too loud.(Like she was really falling alseep. She was up to get a drink, then again to help Daddy with his contacts, and to go potty again.)When Alex did fall asleep he had his two friends and blanket under his back, so he was arched back and sound asleep in the top corner of his crib.
