Miss Emma decided Mommy needed to make many, many paper cranes for Japan. Emma learned in school that if we make 1,000 cranes then Japan can make a wish to their gods. I have been thinking and thinking of how to teach her to volunteer or be helpful to others in need. But I guess she already knows how.

Alex and I have been making cities, kennels or houses in the living room during the day. All cushings, beanbags, footstools, and pillows are used. Alex is a tiger today, see the orange strips. Emma was Mayor of the week. She has waited all year for this. Mom and Dad spent a morning in her class along with many other special duties. Emma with her teacher Ms. Leadholm.

On Saturday a toy of Alex's was stuck in the tree. So, Alex decided he needed to cut the tree down to get his toy. After two chainsaws, a shovel, a backhoe, a stick and kicking it Alex gave up. He was serious, look at the stance and goggles.
Back on March 2nd Emma had her tonsils and adenoids removed. Emma is finally recovered. She seems to sleep so much better. Mommy is dressed up too so she could go into the OR with Emma until she was put to sleep.

Sir Alex
yes, it has been along time since last post. The blog has not been wanting to load my pics. This Sir Alex from this morning completing his first dot-to-dot. I call him Sir Alex because he has become quit the prince. Demanding, unable to get up and get his own chocolate milk or cheese crackers. Instead, he sits on the couch and yells, "cheese crackers!" And continues to yell until he gets them. Then he yells when he is done because the prince can not be bother to put his own box down.
